Android Social Networking App

I’m starting from scratch on a social-networking idea and need a full Android app built. Because I’m completely new to mobile development, I’m looking for someone who can guide the project end-to-end—shaping the user experience, writing clean Kotlin or Java code, and connecting the app to a simple, scalable back-end (Firebase or another lightweight option you recommend).

Core features revolve around user profiles, real-time posts, likes/comments, push notifications, and basic account management with Google or email sign-in. I’d also appreciate advice on publishing to Google Play once the MVP is ready.
