Growth & Sales Specialist — Financial Intelligence Platform (Commission-Heavy) I run The Capitol Dossier, a financial intelligence platform that tracks smart money movements — congressional trades, insider filings, hedge fund positions, lobbying, and federal contracts. It's a live product with a $97/month subscription and a $1,497/year premium tier. I need someone who can generate paying subscribers through partnership development and outreach. This is NOT a VA role. This is NOT content creation. This is a sales and partnership development role. YOUR JOB: Identify and reach out to owners of paid trading communities on Whop, Discord, and Telegram. Pitch them on adding our intelligence feed as a premium layer inside their existing community. Whop handles the payment splitting automatically. They get better content for their members, we get subscribers. Identify and pitch finance newsletter operators on Beehiiv, Substack, and Ghost to insert our intelligence content into their existing paid newsletters as a cross-recommendation or premium section. List our product on affiliate networks (JVZoo, WarriorPlus, Stakecut, ClickBank) and manage incoming affiliate relationships. Recruit micro-influencers on X (Twitter) and StockTwits in the finance/trading space to promote as affiliates with recurring commission. Run outreach campaigns via email to trading community owners pitching partnership deals. Track all outreach, conversions, and partner relationships in a shared spreadsheet. YOU ARE A GOOD FIT IF: You have sold digital subscriptions, SaaS products, info products, or online courses before. You understand affiliate marketing, revenue sharing, and partnership structures. You have used platforms like Whop, Gumroad, ClickBank, JVZoo, or similar. You can write professional outreach messages in fluent English. You are comfortable being judged on results, not hours. You have generated paying customers for someone else's product before. YOUR APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE: Specific examples of products you've sold or partnerships you've closed. How many customers, subscribers, or sales you generated and over what timeframe. What channels you used. Why you think you can sell a $97/month financial intelligence product. Do NOT apply if you are a general VA looking for task work. I need someone who knows how to generate revenue. COMPENSATION: $500/month base + 20% recurring commission on every subscriber you bring in. Commission tracked via unique referral links, paid monthly. If you bring in 50 subscribers your first month, that's $970/month in recurring commission plus the $500 base. Subscribers keep paying, so your commission grows every month. 30-day trial period. If you haven't generated at least 5 paying subscribers in 30 days, we part ways. If you're producing, this becomes a long-term role with uncapped earning potential. Budget: $500/month + commission.
