Kindle & KDP Layout Conversion

I have four landscape-oriented children’s picture books currently sitting in EPUB format. I now need them transformed into two distinct, KDP-ready products:

First, a fixed-layout Kindle edition for tablets and the Kindle app. The files must run flawlessly in Amazon’s current reading environment, keep every spread perfectly aligned, and—above all—preserve the visual storytelling that drives each illustrated page. Text should remain crystal-clear at any zoom level, but I’m not looking for animation, pop-ups, or interactive hotspots—static pages are fine. If you normally work with Kindle Kids’ Book Creator, EPUB3/KF8, or Kindle Previewer, that’s exactly the toolkit I expect you’ll use, but I’m open to other proven workflows as long as the final upload passes Amazon’s checks without warnings.

Second, I need a print-on-demand paperback version for Amazon KDP. My present layout is spread-based and tied to the gutter, so you’ll reflow it so that each page functions independently. Margins, bleed, and live-area safety have to meet KDP’s template specs; no artwork lost in the spine, no text drifting outside trim. Deliver a press-ready PDF for each title plus any working files you adjust.

Please keep colour profiles intact (the books are richly illustrated) and flag any resolution issues you spot. I’ll provide the original EPUBs, high-res images, and the existing print files on request. Let me know your estimated turnaround for all four titles and the checkpoints you prefer—I’m happy to review one book first if that smooths the process.
