I’m ready to scale our customer acquisition and need a performance marketer who lives and breathes Meta Ads. The sole objective is to generate qualified sales leads, so every decision—from audience segmentation to bid strategy—must drive that outcome.
Here’s what I’m after: • A full-funnel campaign built inside Meta Ads Manager, including ad copy, creative direction, and conversion tracking (Pixel + lead form or website events). • Continuous optimisation during the first month: testing audiences, creatives and placements, pausing under-performers, and reallocating budget toward winning variants. • Clear reporting: weekly updates on impressions, CTR, CPL and lead quality, plus an end-of-month summary with next-step recommendations.
Acceptance criteria • Cost per lead meets or beats the benchmark we set together during kickoff. • At least two creative concepts and three audience tests are run in the first two weeks. • Tracking is verified and leads are flowing correctly into our CRM before scale-up.
