PHP/Android 2D-3D Converter

I already have a working skeleton for the application here: https://2dto3dimageconvertor.blogspot.com/2026/03/2d-to-3d-converter-body-font-family.html. What I need now is the full production-ready version, built in plain PHP for the web front-end and a companion Android app compiled with Android Studio.

Core scope • Complete the missing server-side logic so a user can upload a 2D image and watch a real-time preview of the generated 3D depth map before committing. • Mirror that flow in the Android client, keeping UI and processing speed consistent with the web version. • Clean UI/UX based on the existing HTML/CSS I have in place; no drastic redesign, just polish and integrate. • Robust image-handling pipeline (file validation, size limits, error handling) and an export function that lets users download the final 3D file in at least one common format—your recommendation is welcome. • Source code well commented, delivered through Git so I can track progress, and set up on my own hosting when ready.

Milestones & payment I am ready to release 30 % upfront, with the balance split across two further milestones (feature-complete beta, then final hand-off).
