Need Database Management Tutor

I’m a current BCA student who is comfortable with most of the course load, but I’m finding that my understanding of Database Management is not where it needs to be for upcoming exams and practical work. I’m looking for ongoing academic tutoring that will help me move from memorising theory to confidently deg and querying real-world databases.

We’ll meet online, screen-share, and work through topics such as relational modelling, normalisation (1NF-BCNF), SQL query optimisation, stored procedures, indexing, and transaction control. I want each session to blend short concept explanations with hands-on walkthroughs in tools like MySQL Workbench, Oracle SQL*Plus, or even PostgreSQL if that’s your preference, so I can immediately test what I learn.

By the end of our time together I should be able to: • Design a logical and physical schema from a requirements brief • Write complex joins, sub-queries, and aggregation statements without referencing notes • Explain ACID properties and apply them when building transaction-safe procedures • Optimise slow queries using appropriate indexing strategies
