I need a working Power Automate flow built and documented inside my Microsoft Office 365 tenant. The goal is to replace a manual “copy-paste” routine with an automated process that moves and manipulates custom data held in our environment.

Here’s what I’m after: • Design a cloud flow that picks up the data (source will be shown once we start), applies the required logic, and then routes it to the right Office 365 destinations—most likely Outlook, SharePoint lists or Excel tables. • Configure all connectors, triggers, conditions and error handling so the flow runs reliably. • Test the solution with me in real time, adjust where needed, and export the finished package (.zip) so I can re-import it later. • Provide concise hand-over notes or a brief screen-share recording so I understand how to tweak fields and connections on my own.

You’ll get admin-level access in a sandbox and any sample data you need. Experience with Office 365 connectors, dynamic content, and incremental improvements after user testing is essential.
