Steel Jigs for Sidecar Frame

I’m in the middle of a motorcycle sidecar build and need several purpose-built steel jigs to keep everything aligned while welding. The frame design is fully custom, so every jig must match the dimensions.

The jigs have to be rigid enough to hold ERW tubing and rectangle during tack-up and final welds, with repeatable accuracy, Clean MIG or TIG welds, deburred edges
