Our school attracts inquiries from families and adult learners around the world, and I need a seasoned closer who can turn those warm leads into confirmed enrollments. You will be operating almost exclusively by phone, so persuasive spoken communication, clear diction, and the ability to build trust quickly are essential. Because our campaigns target several time zones, you should already be comfortable working an international schedule and adapting your pitch to diverse cultural expectations.
I am only interested in senior-level talent—someone who has already hit ambitious targets in an education, ed-tech, or high-ticket service setting and is confident working on a pure-commission structure. Your earnings grow directly with each successful enrollment, and I’m ready to reward strong performance with progressively higher commission tiers and preferred-lead priority.
The day-to-day flow is simple: I’ll feed qualified prospects into our CRM, you engage them by phone, answer questions, address objections, and guide them through the sign-up process. Clear, concise notes in the CRM after each call are required so we can track funnel metrics and refine messaging together.
