Cafe QR Ordering Platform

I’m building a mobile-first web app that lets guests scan a table-specific QR code, browse our digital menu, and send their orders directly to the counter without waiting in line. After reviewing the cart, they must be able to pay on the spot, and I only need support for one gateway right now:

• Credit/Debit Card (PCI-compliant integration)

Once paid, the order should appear instantly on an intuitive kitchen/barista screen while the customer receives a confirmation page (and optional email/SMS). I also want a lightweight admin area where I can, update items, prices, and mark orders as fulfilled.

Core expectations • Fast, responsive UI that works smoothly on any phone’s browser • Unique QR link per table so staff can see where to deliver each order • Secure handling of card data and transaction status callbacks • Clean codebase I can extend later for coupons or extra payment methods • Clear hand-off: database schema, deployment instructions, and any API keys masked in an.env example
