Collaborative Project Definition Needed

I’m still shaping the core idea behind this project and need an experienced professional who can help me turn a rough concept into a clear, actionable plan. At this stage the scope is flexible—we may end up building software, producing design assets, drafting content, or a combination of these.

What I need first is guidance: • A structured discovery session (or series) to draw out objectives, target users, technical or creative requirements, and success metrics. • A concise roadmap that translates those findings into milestones, deliverables, and recommended tools or tech stacks. • Estimates of effort and timeline so I can set expectations internally and allocate resources.

Your deliverable will be a brief or proposal detailed enough for me to post subsequent execution-phase projects (development, design, writing, etc.) with confidence. Strong communication skills and the ability to ask XXXX XXXX questions are more important than any single platform or language at this point.
