looking for someone to manage daily financial entries and keep accounts clean and up to date.
This is a simple, system-driven role focused on accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities:
Enter daily totals (card & cash) into Vyapar Record all expenses, including payment processing charges Track payouts/commissions for individuals (party-wise) Ensure every entry is properly categorized (no uncategorized items) Maintain clean and updated records daily
Weekly:
Reconcile bank vs records Prepare updated Profit & Loss in Vyapar Keep all data ready for weekly review call (Thursday) Budget: INR 1500–12500 Skills: Data Processing, Data Entry, Accounting, Excel, Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Financial Services Tax, Data Management
