We are looking for a part time

In Mumbai or Pune

Field Executive to visit nearby pharma shops, build relationships, and onboard them onto our platform/service. This is a high-ownership, on-ground sales role. Key Responsibilities: Visit 15–25 pharma/medical shops daily in assigned areas Pitch and explain the product/service clearly Onboard new shops and ensure initial setup Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners Collect feedback and report market insights Meet weekly/monthly onboarding targets Requirements: 0–3 years experience in field sales / pharma / FMCG (preferred, not mandatory) Strong communication and persuasion skills Comfortable with daily travel and fieldwork Basic smartphone and app usage skills Self-driven, target-oriented Compensation: Fixed salary Travel allowance (if applicable) Ideal Candidate: Knows local areas well (Mumbai or Pune) Has prior experience dealing with shop owners or distributors Hustler mindset, can handle rejection and keep pushing Budget: INR 1500–12500 Skills: Data Entry, Research, Sales, Web Search, Market Research, Customer Service, Retail Sales, Field Sales, Sales Management, Business Development
