Patient Demographics Excel Analysis

I have a raw spreadsheet of patient records and need it turned into a clear demographic profile focused on age and gender. Please clean the data where necessary, build the formulas or pivot tables that surface the key counts and percentages, and present the findings in easy-to-read summaries and charts inside the same Excel file.

Deliverables • One Excel workbook with:

• Cleaned data sheet
• Pivot tables or equivalent summaries for age and gender distributions
• Bar or pie charts that visualise those results • A brief note (can be in a separate tab) explaining the steps you took so I can replicate or audit the process later.
