Web-Based Accounting & Invoicing - FIxed Price. dont bid above $60

I currently run every invoice, expense entry, and revenue summary from a single Excel workbook. It has served me well, but version chaos and limited sharing are slowing the business down. I want that exact logic lifted into a secure, browser-based application so I can access it anywhere and give my team controlled access without handing over the whole file.

Core features • Invoice creation: replicate my existing template, keep automatic numbering, and allow PDF/print output. • Expense tracking: simple form, category drop-downs, and attachment upload for receipts. • Revenue tracking with at-a-glance totals and a date-filtered dashboard.

Multi-user requirements Role-based access is essential—at minimum an admin (full control), accountant (edit financial data), and viewer (read-only). User management screens should let me add or disable accounts anytime.

Migration & reporting All historic data lives in Excel; I need an import routine so the new system launches with my past invoices and expenses intact. Standard financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) should export to CSV or PDF just as easily as they display on screen.

Tech flexibility As long as it’s web-based, responsive, and secure, I’m open to your preferred stack—Laravel, Django, Node, or similar—so suggest what fits best.

Deliverables

1. Working web application deployed to my hosting.
2. Source code in a private repository.
3. Data migration script for the initial Excel file.
4. Quick user guide covering everyday tasks.
