- IT Hardware Sales (7 Positions)
Technivision is hiring a team of 7 CRM and Lead Generation Specialists to support expansion across the Middle East and Africa. The team will focus on identifying direct end-customers (no resellers or brokers), engaging with them, and converting them into qualified leads and RFQ opportunities, while also handling inbound inquiries through Zendesk.
Role Objective
Generate, manage, and convert high-quality direct leads into qualified prospects requesting quotations, while ensuring fast and professional responses to inbound customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Qualification Use ZoomInfo to identify target companies and decision-makers Focus only on end-customers purchasing for internal use Exclude all resellers, traders, and brokers Validate and qualify leads based on Technivision criteria CRM Management (NetSuite) Add and manage leads in NetSuite CRM Maintain accurate company and contact data Track lead progress from Lead to Qualified to RFQ (Prospect) Outbound Communication Send professional emails to prospects Follow up regularly to generate engagement Identify buying signals and move leads toward quotation stage Inbound Support (Zendesk) Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk Handle requests related to pricing, products, and availability Qualify inbound leads and register them in NetSuite Maintain fast response times and professional communication Target Markets
Middle East: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain
Africa: Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, Morocco, South Africa, Ethiopia
KPIs and Performance Metrics Number of qualified direct leads generated Conversion rate to RFQ (Request for Quotation) Number of Zendesk inquiries converted into opportunities Response time and quality on Zendesk tickets CRM data accuracy and activity tracking Qualified Lead Criteria
A lead is considered qualified only if:
The company is a direct end-customer (not a reseller or broker) The contact is a decision-maker (IT, Procurement, or Operations) There is a clear or potential need for IT hardware The company fits the defined target markets
A lead becomes a Prospect (RFQ stage) when the customer requests pricing or shares requirements.
Tools and Training NetSuite CRM ZoomInfo Zendesk
Training will be provided on:
CRM workflows Lead qualification process Email and customer communication standards Candidate Requirements Experience in lead generation, CRM, or customer support Experience with ZoomInfo or similar tools Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems Familiarity with NetSuite CRM is preferred Strong understanding of IT hardware products: HP / HPE, Dell, Lenovo Strong written English communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven Preferred Profile Experience in Middle East or Africa markets Ability to handle both outbound sales and inbound inquiries Strong attention to detail and ability to work under targets Engagement Model Remote work Monthly contract with long-term potential Performance-based evaluation About Technivision
