2. User Types

System में *4 प्रकार के * होंगे।

1. Admin Admin पूरे system को control करेगा।

Admin ये काम कर सकेगा:

  • Sales booking entry
  • सभी books देखना
  • सभी stages का status देखना
  • delay monitoring देखना
  • employee performance देखना
  • search करना (Book / Author / Sales person)

2. Interior Designer Designer का काम:

  • Cover design
  • Interior design
  • Author को file भेजना
  • Author feedback receive करना

Author को system नहीं दिया जाएगा।

3. Listing Executive यह printing और listing का काम update करेगा।

काम:

  • Sent to Print
  • Printing Completed
  • Dispatch Entry
  • Courier Tracking
  • Amazon Listing
  • Flipkart Listing
  • Ebook Creation

4. Promotion Executive यह marketing services update करेगा।

काम:

  • Promotion Start
  • Social media promotion
  • Marketing campaign
  • Promotion Completed

3. Workflow Stages

Software में book का पूरा workflow इस क्रम में चले:

  1. Sales Booking
  2. Manuscript Received
  3. Cover Design
  4. Interior Design
  5. Author Approval
  6. Sent to Print
  7. Printing Completed
  8. Dispatch
  9. Amazon Listing
  10. Flipkart Listing
  11. Ebook Creation
  12. Promotion Start
  13. Promotion Completed

4. Sales Booking Form

Fields:

  • Book Name
  • Author Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email
  • Booking Date
  • Sales Person
  • Package Type
  • Package Price
  • Advance Payment
  • Remaining Payment

Button:

Save Booking

5. Design Workflow

Designer update करेगा:

Actions:

  • Sent to Author
  • Feedback Received
  • Final Approval Received
  • Design Completed

जब Sent to Author select हो तो author को message जाए।

6. Delay Monitoring

Time limits:

System automatically calculate करे:

Days Pending = Current Date

  • Stage Start Date

अगर limit cross हो जाए तो:

Status = Delay Row = Red Highlight

7. Printing Form

Fields:

  • Date Sent to Print
  • Printer Name
  • Quantity
  • Expected Completion Date
  • Remarks

System दिखाए:

Printing में कितने दिन हो गए।

8. Dispatch Form

Fields:

  • Dispatch Date
  • Courier Company
  • Tracking ID
  • Quantity

Tracking ID डालते ही author को automatic message जाए।

Message example:

"आपकी book dispatch कर दी गई है। Courier: [Courier Name] Tracking ID: [Tracking ID]

यदि 10 दिनों में books न मिलें तो हमें inform करें।"

9. Listing Form

Listing executive update करेगा:

Fields:

  • Amazon Listing Created
  • Amazon Listing Date
  • Flipkart Listing Created
  • Flipkart Listing Date
  • Ebook Created
  • Ebook Creation Date

10. Promotion Form

Promotion executive update करेगा:

Fields:

  • Promotion Type
  • Promotion Start Date
  • Promotion Completed Date

Promotion types:

  • Social Media Promotion
  • Marketing Campaign
  • Amazon Promotion
  • Press Release

11. Admin Dashboard

Dashboard में ये दिखे:

Summary boxes:

  • Total Books
  • Books in Design
  • Books in Printing
  • Books Waiting for Author
  • Books in Listing
  • Books in Promotion
  • Completed Books

12. Delay Alert Section

13. Printing Status Section
