My web-design agency is gearing up for steady growth, so the task XXXX XXXX generating and converting new business among local small businesses. You’ll work exclusively through social media outreach—Facebook and Instagram—to spot qualified prospects, open meaningful conversations, book calls, and guide them through to a signed web-design contract.
The role combines prospecting and sales closing, so the hand-off loop is short: once an appointment is on my calendar, you stay with the lead until the deal is sealed and the deposit is collected. Proven skill in social-selling, direct messaging, and objection handling for service-based offers is essential, as is clear written English and a friendly, confidence-building tone online.
Deliverables each week • A live report of prospects approached, responses, and current status • A minimum number of qualified appointments booked with decision-makers (we’ll agree on the target before we start) • Closed deals documented with invoice issued and initial payment secured
Everything happens inside Facebook and Instagram; no cold calls or email blasts. CRM updates are handled through our in-house Trello board, and I’m on hand for product questions, pricing guidance, and training materials so you can focus on conversations that convert.
