Description

I’m looking for a seasoned Salesforce OmniStudio professional who can step in alongside me during my workday and provide real-time, hands-on assistance. The focus is squarely on technical support, with a strong emphasis on custom coding and development within OmniStudio’s toolset—think OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and any Apex or Lightning Web Components that tie everything together.

Day to day, I’ll reach out when I hit a roadblock: maybe a complex data transform in an Integration Procedure, a performance tweak in an OmniScript, or a bit of bespoke JavaScript in a FlexCard that refuses to cooperate. When that happens, I need you available to dive straight into a shared screen session, walk me through diagnostics, suggest clean, scalable patterns, and, when necessary, write or refactor the code so it slots neatly into our existing org.

Reliability matters as much as expertise: I’m expecting consistent coverage during agreed-upon hours, rapid turnaround on ad-hoc questions, and clear explanations so I can apply what I learn on the next task. If you’re fluent in the full OmniStudio stack, comfortable troubleshooting in live environments, and patient enough to coach while coding, let’s get started.
