Delmia Apriso MES Offline module

Project-Based

Description

I need an experienced Delmia Apriso Process Builder developer to step in remotely and eliminate a series of persistent software bugs within our Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

Task XXXX XXXX: Simple offline application with two screens. OnLoad, it retrieves data from the database (container list, weight) using a query like SELECT * FROM.... The mobile device may be offline.

The user scans a container number. If the scanned container is valid, the app opens a second screen to enter a new weight. If not, an error message is displayed.

The user clicks the Save button. If the scanner is online, the table is updated. If offline, the data is added to a buffer. After saving, the app returns to the first screen with the updated count.

The HTML screens are already prepared. I can only share my screen remotely and implement the solution by following your instructions.

What I’m looking for • Hands-on skill with Delmia Apriso Process Builder: creating, modifying, and deploying processes without disrupting live operations. • Solid grasp of MES data flows so you can trace defects quickly. • Ability to extend existing functionality once core bugs are closed, following our current object model and naming conventions. • Comfort working through VPN, screen-share sessions, and version-controlled deployments.

Scope of work

  1. Reproduce and analyse the reported MES anomalies.
  2. Patch the underlying Process Builder logic, test in staging, then promote to production.
  3. Provide concise release notes and a rollback plan for every push.
  4. After stability is restored, implement agreed enhancements that improve operator workflow. Rate: USD 25–50/hr Skills: Troubleshooting, Software Testing, Technical Support, Agile Development, Software Development, Documentation, VPN
