Description
Recruitment Planning & Workforce Forecasting Work with department heads (engineering, project, finance, etc.) to identify staffing needs Develop manpower plans for ongoing and upcoming projects Align recruitment plans with project timelines and budgets Job Analysis & Job Description Development Prepare and update job descriptions (JDs) for positions such as engineers, foremen, operators, etc. Define required qualifications, experience, and competencies Ensure clarity between technical and behavioral requirements \ Sourcing Candidates Use multiple sourcing channels: Job portals, social media, referrals Recruitment agencies Utilize platforms like LinkedIn for professional hiring Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Screening & Shortlisting Review CVs and applications Conduct initial screening interviews (phone/online/in-person) Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company standards Interview Coordination & Selection Organize and coordinate technical and HR interviews Participate in interview panels for senior or critical roles Ensure fair, transparent, and competency-based selection process Assessment & Evaluation Design and administer tests (technical, aptitude, behavioral) Evaluate candidates using structured methods (scorecards, competency frameworks) Ensure selection decisions are data-driven and objective Offer Management & Negotiation Prepare job offers and employment contracts Negotiate salary and benefits within company policy Coordinate with management for approvals Onboarding & Placement Ensure proper onboarding and orientation of new hires Coordinate with HR and site teams for deployment Follow up during probation period Compliance & Documentation Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies Maintain proper recruitment records and reports Support audits and documentation requirements Recruitment Reporting & HR Analytics Track key recruitment metrics such as: Time to hire Cost per hire Quality of hire Use tools like Microsoft Excel or Power BI for analysis Provide regular reports to management Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Promote the company as an employer of choice Support job fairs, university partnerships, and industry networking Improve candidate experience throughout the hiring process Team Leadership (Senior Role) Supervise junior recruitment staff Provide training and guidance Improve recruitment systems and processes Location: AA (Head Office)
