This role is ideal for a developing chef looking to gain leadership experience in a professional kitchen. Key Responsibilities: · Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations · Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant’s standards · Supervise and support junior kitchen staff (commis chefs, kitchen assistants) · Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen · Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering supplies · Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations · Step in to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef
