Description

The Learning and Development (L&D) Officer is responsible for deg, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the capabilities of employees across sales, production, distribution, and corporate functions within the FMCG business. The role ensures workforce readiness, productivity improvement, compliance, and leadership development aligned with fast-paced FMCG operations. Key Role and Responsibilities  Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with department /section managers. In collaboration with relevant stakeholders, design and develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content. Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars (in-person or virtual). Coordinate external training providers when required. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities. Support employee onboarding and orientation programs. Develop succession planning and career development initiatives. Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization. Manage the training budget effectively. deg and maintaining human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Work on integrating training programs with performance management. Developing and maintaining training for new employees. Developing and monitoring ongoing training and development for line reports. Manage the ongoing professional development Support the HR Manager with the development and implementation of all internal policies and processes related to HR and other departments.
