Customer Service:  Greet customers, answer questions, and provide a positive checkout experience. Cash Management: Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, ensuring accuracy. Returns & Exchanges:  Handle returns, exchanges, and gift cards according to store policy. Store Maintenance: Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Safety & Compliance:  Follow procedures for age-restricted sales (e.g., alcohol, tobacco) and security.
