Job Purpose To lead, coordinate, and oversee the activities of Project Coordinators and Office Engineers, ensuring effective project monitoring, reporting, and control across all company projects. The role acts as the operational link between the Project Follow-Up and Supervision Head and the project coordination team. Job Summary Position Title: Project Coordination Team Leader Reports To: Project Follow-Up and Supervision Head Duty Station: Addis Ababa Head Office Salary & Benefits: Negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience Duties and Responsibilities Directly supervise and manage Project Coordinators and Office Engineers. Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor daily and weekly activities. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for improvement. Ensure all projects are tracked against approved schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Consolidate and review project progress reports before submission to the Head. Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate information flow between site teams, consultants, contractors, and management. Ensure consistency and accuracy of project data and reporting formats. Facilitate regular coordination meetings with the team and stakeholders. Support review of project schedules, work programs, and progress updates. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of variations, claims, and changes. Assist in developing standard procedures for project monitoring and reporting. Prepare consolidated weekly and monthly reports for the Project Follow-Up and Supervision Head. Highlight key performance indicators (KPIs), risks, and critical issues. Maintain proper documentation and records of all project follow-up activities. Develop, implement, and maintain material quality assurance policies and procedures Oversee inspection and testing of raw materials, components, and finished goods Ensure compliance with industry standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for material defects Collaborate with procurement, production, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues Review material certifications, test reports, and documentation for accuracy and compliance Establish and track quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems Support internal and external audits Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to material quality and process efficiency
