Corporate IMS Manager

Purpose of the Job   Manage, Oversee, Lead and Follow-up the highest standards of Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Safety, Hygiene and Environmental practices are upheld within the organization by developing and implementing comprehensive programs, monitoring compliance with regulations, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety across all levels of the company. Duties & Responsibilities   Manage and monitor Integrated Management System (ISO 9001: Quality Management System, ISO 22000: Food Safety Management System, ISO 45001: Occupational Health & Safety Management System and ISO 14001: Environmental Management System) implementation in all factories according to the system requirement and report the progress to the top management of the company Lead and coordinate company risk assessment and mitigation plan including context of organization and HACCP by following industry trends and system requirements Ensure that root causes analysis is conducted, and corrective actions are undertaken to address nonconformities found and verify closure of non-conformities. Coach, mentor, and develop employees at all levels on IMS policies, procedures, and best practices through training sessions and communication campaigns. Evaluate the overall performance and progress regarding System implementations, by visiting all factories and auditing and suggest solution for continual improvement Oversee and regularly review operations to ensure adherence to system requirements, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.  Plan, lead, organize, staff & control department’s overall activities by developing, implementing & tracking key performance indicators (KPI) Collaborate with different departments and external regulatory bodies to address IMS concerns Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
