Production Clerk
Description
Job Summary The Production Clerk is responsible for recording, organizing, and reporting production data in a timely and accurate manner. This role supports the production team by ensuring proper documentation, monitoring material usage, and assisting with administrative tasks to improve efficiency and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Record daily production output and RM/PM usage Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly RM/PM reports. Maintain updated production records including material balance sheets. Track raw material consumption and report any variances or abnormalities. Coordinate with warehouse and quality control teams for timely material availability and documentation. Monitor packaging material usage and high light discrepancies to production manager. Support shift supervisors in documenting activities, including maintenance and cleaning schedules. Ensure that all documents are properly filed and accessible for audits and traceability. Enter production data into ERP/software systems as required. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and factory hygiene and safety policies
