Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting agents, sub-dealers, and retailers to achieve sales goals, ensuring compliance with company policies, and expanding brand coverage through effective channel management. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a passion for the mobile phone industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support agents/sub-dealers/retailers in achieving sales goals, with a focus on smart models, and organize promotional activities. Collect purchase, sales, and inventory data from agents/sub-dealers; gather product and price data for both our company and competitors; conduct basic sales and market analysis. Address needs, complaints, and support requests from agents/sub-dealers/retailers; resolve issues and maintain strong relationships across channel hierarchies. Develop new downstream channels to expand brand coverage. Implement channel policies in the market, including price protection, monitoring, customer management, wholesale standards, and bug-sell monitoring. Participate in cross-team cooperative activities organized by managers within and beyond the sales/marketing department.
