Junior Finance Officer / Accountant

Department: Accounting & Finance Administration Reports to:: Accountant & Finance Head Position Summary: The Junior Finance Officer/Accountant supports financial operations including billing, insurance claims, financial reporting, and compliance. The role requires accuracy, integrity, and the ability to manage healthcare-related financial systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable and payable Assist in preparing financial statements Review expenses and payroll records Maintain financial databases Prepare weekly and monthly reports Support month-end closing and reporting Monitor cash flow and budgets Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations Handle bank reconciliation Manage accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll) Coordinate with auditors and government bodies Process payments and financial transactions
