We are expanding our operations and seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth in our ride-hailing and technology services. ⸻ 🎯 Position Summary We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with hands-on experience in ride-hailing or technology platforms within Ethiopia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in onboarding drivers and passengers, expanding our user base, and driving overall platform growth. ⸻ 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Recruit and onboard drivers to the platform • Drive passenger acquisition through field sales and activations • Promote and sell ride-hailing and related technology solutions • Build and maintain relationships with drivers, users, and partners • Execute market outreach campaigns to grow platform usage • Achieve defined onboarding and sales targets • Gather user feedback to improve service delivery ⸻ ✅ Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in ride-hailing, transport, or tech-related services • Proven experience in onboarding drivers and passengers for a platform or service • Good understanding of the Ethiopian transport and digital landscape • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and meet targets ⸻ 🌟 Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with ride-hailing, logistics, or delivery platforms • Existing network with drivers, fleet owners, or transport associations • Familiarity with mobile apps and digital payment systems About Us Trust Technology PLC is expanding its portfolio into real estate solutions through innovative digital platforms and property services. We are engaged in property marketing, sales, and smart real estate solutions aimed at transforming the property market in Ethiopia. ⸻ 🎯 Position Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to support the sale and promotion of residential and commercial properties.
