Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Technical Expertise Design solutions, architectures, and technical proposals based on customer requirements. Establish clear and consistent communication with vendors to ensure reliable support throughout the solution development process. Translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.  Tender Document & Technical Proposal Preparation Prepare complete technical sections of tender documents (RFP/RFI/RFQ response). Create a comprehensive tender checklist and systematically work through it to meet all specified requirements. Ensure all technical requirements are addressed accurately and comply with customer specifications. Create solution write-ups, compliance matrices, project scope documents, and bill of materials (BOM). Coordinate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to provide accurate information. Review tender documents for risks, deviations, and technical assumptions.  Product Demonstrations & Presentations Deliver tailored product demos and technical presentations. Highlight unique value propositions and competitive differentiators. Prepare and execute proof-of-concepts (PoCs) when needed. Sales Enablement & Collaboration Work with the sales team to develop winning strategies for opportunities. Assist partners and internal teams with technical knowledge and product training. Provide feedback to product teams to improve offerings based on customer needs. Obtain relevant certifications that strengthen your technical profile and support the company’s partnership requirements. Technical Validation & Closing Support Address technical questions and objections during the sales cycle. Provide technical inputs during negotiation and contracting stages.
