Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lithium-Ion Battery Expert to lead and strengthen our battery refurbishment, repurposing, and safety systems. This is a strategic technical role that will directly support: Scaling production of battery systems  Improving safety and quality standards  Supporting innovation in second-life battery applications  Key Responsibilities Lead battery testing, grading, and repurposing processes   Design and oversee assembly of lithium-ion battery packs (especially prismatic cells)   Develop and implement battery safety systems and SOPs   Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, UL, etc.)  Supervise technicians and provide hands-on technical training   Improve production efficiency and quality control   Support R&D for new battery applications (PUE systems)   Establish and monitor battery performance and lifecycle tracking systems
