Location :  Ethiopia Asossa  Applicants Needed : Female  Position :  Customer Service  Agent( Full time)  Application Deadline:    March, 2026   Key Responsibilities :  Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.  Track shipments and provide accurate, real-time delivery updates to customers.  Investigate and resolve customer issues regarding delays, missing packages, or delivery instructions.  Process orders, schedule pickups, and handle billing questions.  Liaise with our courier and warehouse teams to resolve complex logistical issues.  Document all customer interactions and transactions in our system.  Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty.  Salary   Based on the company's salary scale
