Track shipments and provide accurate, real-time delivery updates to customers. Investigate and resolve customer issues regarding delays, missing packages, or delivery instructions. Process orders, schedule pickups, and handle billing questions. Liaise with our courier and warehouse teams to resolve complex logistical issues. Document all customer interactions and transactions in our system. Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty. Salary Based on the company's salary scale
