Storekeeper (Hotel & Apartment)

Position: Storekeeper (Hotel & Apartment) Key Duties and Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming and existing  Maintain accurate records of stock movement (receiving, issuing, and balance)  Issue materials and supplies to different departments based on approved requests  Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with records  Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store area  Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports for management  Coordinate with procurement and finance departments for stock control  Assist in minimizing wastage and operational losses  Ensure proper labeling and arrangement of all stored items
