Job Purpose We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory and ensure the smooth flow of materials for our café operations. The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing supplies while maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect deliveries of food items, beverages, and supplies Verify quantity and quality of incoming stock against purchase orders Properly store items according to safety and hygiene standards Issue materials to kitchen and service staff as per request Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or system-based) Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations Ensure proper handling of perishable items (FIFO method) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area Coordinate with procurement and management for timely reordering
