Position Overview: DROGA PHARMA PLC is an importer, distributor, and commission agent for pharmaceuticals and healthcare products in the territory of Ethiopia.  Our Company was established in April 2015 with two staff. Currently, we have a total of 400+ employees with different professional backgrounds and work Experience. And now, Droga Pharma PLC, as a business unit, is establishing a chain of pharmacies all over the Nation. Droga Physiotherapy Specialty Clinic is the biggest physiotherapy clinic in Ethiopia with experienced and expert physiotherapists which mainly focuses on latest technique and technologies to improve customer’s health and well-being. Manage lighting and audio capture to ensure professional-grade quality, using external microphones and lighting kits. Direct talent and subjects during shoots to capture authentic and engaging footage. Trim and assemble raw footage into a cohesive narrative or informational sequence. Apply color grading and sound design to enhance the visual and auditory experience. Incorporate motion graphics, titles, and transitions using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Export and optimize video content for various platforms (e.g., social media, internal training, or large-screen presentations). Collaborate on storyboards and scripts during the pre-production phase. Archive and organize all raw assets and project files for future use. Maintain equipment by performing regular checks and ensuring all gear is stored safely. Set up and operate high-end cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless, or Cinema rigs) for various environments, including office settings, clinical environments, or outdoor events.
