Job Summary The Videographer & Video-Editor will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video and photo content during trainings, events, field activities, interviews, and promotional shoots that enhances brand storytelling and engagement across digital platforms. The role requires a professional with strong technical skills, creative framing, and the ability to work in different environments. Key Responsibilities Capture high-quality video and photography in line with creative briefs and campaign objectives. Plan and execute video productions, including corporate content, interviews, promotional materials, and social media features. Set up, operate, and manage cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure professional production standards. Maintain strong video and sound quality throughout all stages of production. Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and creative teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals. Develop creative concepts, shot lists, and storyboards prior to production. Edit raw footage into polished, engaging final videos suitable for multiple platforms. Incorporate motion graphics, subtitles, music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling. Optimize video formats and specifications for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Deliver well-organized raw and edited files within agreed timelines. Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of all production equipment. Adapt effectively to studio, indoor, outdoor, and field shooting environments.
