Production Clerk & Data Analyst

Job Summary  To ensure accurate production data recording, system posting, reporting, and performance analysis for refinery and packaging operations. The role supports operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and management decision-making through reliable data management and analysis. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Record daily refinery production (crude intake, neutralized oil, bleached oil, deodorized oil). • Record packaging output (1L, 450ml, 5L, etc.). • Post shift-wise production data into ERP/system. • Verify physical production versus system posting before confirmation. • Record downtime, rework, and production losses. • Ensure finished goods (FG) are transferred from the production floor to the warehouse. • Monitor packing material consumption (bottles, caps, cartons, labels). • Reconcile system stock with physical stock. • Support monthly and quarterly stock count activities. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. • Analyze refinery yield %, oil loss %, and material consumption. • Monitor packaging line efficiency and downtime trends. • Track KPIs such as caustic consumption, bleaching earth %, oil recovery %, and packaging efficiency %. • Identify gaps and recommend improvement actions. • Ensure accurate ERP data entry and posting. • Investigate and correct posting discrepancies. • Monitor BOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy. • Reduce manual errors in production reporting. • Support automation and system improvements. • Maintain proper production records for audit and food safety compliance (GMP/HACCP). • Ensure batch traceability. • Maintain an organized documentation system.
