About Natanim Charitable Organization (NCO) Natanim Charitable Organization (NCO) is an Ethiopian indigenous civil society organization dedicated to mental health, psychosocial support, and disability inclusion. Under the CADiR (Collective Action for Disability Rights) Project, funded by NORAD through Atlas Alliance and Youth Mental Health Norway, NCO is seeking a qualified IT Consultant to establish a hotline counseling system and maintain the organization’s digital infrastructure. General Information Position Title: IT Consultant Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Employment Type: One-year Contract Working Hours: Minimum of 32 hours per month (as per agreed schedule) Posted Date: March 25, 2026 Application Deadline: April 08, 2026 Scope of Work The IT Consultant will be responsible for the following key areas: o Hotline System: Ongoing maintenance of a dedicated hotline counseling software system. o Infrastructure Maintenance: Technical troubleshooting and hardware maintenance for computers, printers, and networking equipment. o Software & Security: Performing regular system/software updates, ensuring robust data backup protocols, and implementing cybersecurity measures. o Network Stability: Ensuring consistent internet connectivity and overall system stability for NCO headquarters. o Emergency Response: The consultant must be available for emergency calls and rapid response if the hotline system or critical IT infrastructure experiences a failure or technical issue outside of scheduled hours. o Reporting: Providing periodic technical reports on system health and work performed.
