Assignment Description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant

What You Will Work On

• Drive execution of cybersecurity directives across industrial sites
• Support planning, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of security controls and policies
• Communicate and prioritize actionable tasks based on risk analyses and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate workshops and support local teams in cybersecurity implementation
• Maintain and standardize templates, compliance artifacts, and audit documentation
• Define and clarify RACI roles across functions (IT, Maintenance, Automation, etc.)
• Perform follow-ups on security baselines, vulnerabilities, and architecture requirements
• Support supplier/site onboarding and capability development in cybersecurity
• Contribute to continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes and practices
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams

What You Bring

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT/OT security, or related domains
• Strong experience in industrial cybersecurity and IoT environments
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and security standards (NIS2, R155, NIST, ISO 27001)
• Experience with risk-based compliance and management systems
• Ability to coordinate across multiple domains and stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience supporting implementation and follow-up of security measures
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative mindset
