Job Title: General Service Company Overview: Anbessa Travel is one of the leading tour operators, car rental, and travel management companies with over 13 years of experience in the industry. We are expanding our travel management and event services and looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities ● Provide general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and data entry ● Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Department to ensure smooth execution of activities and services. ● Assist in the fuel management process, including coordination of fuel top-ups, record keeping, and supporting timely replenishment. ● Provide general support to the Supply Chain Department in logistics coordination, procurement follow-up, and operational tasks. ● Support fleet management activities across different projects, including vehicle coordination, monitoring, and follow-up. ● Support the proforma collection process by obtaining quotations from suppliers and assisting in purchase procedures in line with company requirements. ● Assist in the administration and control of company property, including maintaining inventory records and ensuring proper tracking of assets. ● Support the implementation of company Sustainability and Health & Safety policies during daily operations ● Ensure orderliness of office areas Educational Requirements:
