Product Owner & System Requirements Specialist

Job Summary The Product Owner & System Requirements Specialist will lead the development and management of technical web products. The role focuses on gathering, analyzing, documenting, and prioritizing system requirements, while ensuring the product aligns with customer needs and business goals. This position requires strong collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate product vision and roadmap for technical systems in line with market demand and business objectives. User Definition: Identify target users and key user needs, ensuring requirements reflect real-world user workflows. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, engineers, sales, and others) to gather, analyze, and document system requirements and user stories. Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation, including product requirements, functional specifications, and use cases. Backlog Management: Develop, prioritize, and refine the product backlog based on customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business value. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings to guide enhancements and new features. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to support product development and launch. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate UAT, collect feedback, and use insights to improve product functionality and user experience. Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance metrics post-launch and identify opportunities for improvement. Change Management: Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all updates are documented and communicated. Support QA Testing: Collaborate with QA teams to define and support test cases based on requirements to ensure the final product meets agreed criteria.
