Description
For our client I am looking for an ITSM Specialist. The ITSM Specialist will be overall responsible to manage ITSM and ITIL strategy in our clients organization. The role is mainly to be responsible for the ITSM-tool Ivanti that is used for IT, Finance and HR as well as managing ITIL process management. This position is ongoing until further notice and is for 100% on-site in Gothenburg. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Own and manage the ITSM tool for the company, ensuring it meets the needs of all stakeholders.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and implementation of the ITSM tool.
- Collaborate with IT and other business teams to ensure the tool supports and enhances their service delivery.
- Lead ITSM-related projects and initiatives to extend the value of the tool across business functions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain ITIL processes in alignment with best practices and business requirements.
- Manage cross-functional projects to introduce or optimize ITSM-related processes across the organization.
- Serve as the product owner for the ITSM team, managing the product backlog and prioritizing work to align with business goals.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to better be able to define team vision, roadmap, and requirements.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on ITSM, ITIL, and agile practices for various audiences within the company.
- Create comprehensive training materials and documentation to support learning and development initiatives.
- Lead initiatives to improve ITSM processes and tools, utilizing feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT service management.
- Take ownership of project delivery in ITSM improvement initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption. Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundation v4 certification or similar
- Additional ITIL certifications are a plus.
- Agile education (scrum master and/or product owner) or at least familiarity with agile methods
- Minimum 5 years in ITSM/ESM area, for example as Service owner
- Thorough knowledge of Ivanti or other ITSM tools
- Excellent understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across multinational organizations.
- Fluent in English and Swedish (both written and spoken)
- Pragmatic, analytical, structured, and efficient mindset
- Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills Location: Onsite work 8-17 - 100% Length of assignment: 6+ months Expected starting date: May 2026
