The successful candidate will assist in coordinating shipments, managing inventory, tracking deliveries, and ensuring efficient movement of goods while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments Track deliveries and ensure timely arrival of goods Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams Support warehouse operations and stock reconciliation Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and delivery notes Monitor logistics costs and report variances Resolve delivery issues and escalate when necessary Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Provide administrative support to the logistics department
