Main Duties and Responsibilities Oversee general ledger and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions Lead day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, fixed assets, reconciliations) Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes Ensure preparation of accurate financial statements (IFRS/local GAAP) Establish and enforce internal controls, policies, and compliance procedures Oversee tax filings, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance Monitor cash flow, working capital, and key account reconciliations Review financial reports and support management decision-making Improve ERP systems, accounting processes, and reporting efficiency Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team
