What You'll Do • Support the execution of M&A transactions, strategic advisory assignments, and capital-raising efforts across a diverse set of industries. • Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation analyses (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions) and other transaction-support materials. • Prepare client presentations, management presentations, confidential information memoranda, and committee materials. • Conduct in‑depth company, industry, and market research to support strategic insights and idea generation. • Assist in managing day‑to‑day deal processes, including due diligence coordination, data room management, and communication across internal and external stakeholders. • Work closely with senior bankers and clients, gaining exposure to high‑visibility, high‑responsibility workstreams from day one.
