About the Role In this role, you will provide senior client coverage focused on non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs) including primarily, but not necessarily exclusive to, traditional and alternative Investment Managers. The position is responsible for maximizing business profitability from existing and target client engagement in these priority industry segments. The role requires strong technical skills developed through sector and product knowledge, experience in client coverage with an emphasis on business origination and development, as well as a high degree of engagement with not only with clients but also product partners - including Risk, Legal and Enablement functions. Role Type: Permanent, Full Time What will your day look like? Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Build and manage cross-divisional, cross-border, and multi-product relationships across FIG Traditional/Real Money and Alternative/Hedge Fund Investment Manager clients. • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, product specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions. • Originate and execute complex, multi-product solutions across geographies, including cash management, hedging, and funding solutions. • Deliver the full capabilities of the bank while aligning client needs with risk appetite, product capability, and credit frameworks. • Work closely with Credit Risk Management and Market Risk to ensure the appropriate establishment of new credit relationships as well as the monitoring of the existing credit portfolio. • Execute strategic initiatives in coordination with colleagues across regions and businesses. • Maintain accurate financials, revenue attribution, pipelines, account plans, and client data across internal systems. • Ensure strong client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and adherence to risk, audit, and training obligations. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will bring the following: • Commercial/corporate banking experience with extensive experience covering Financial Institutions delivering unique solutions required for these companies. • In-depth knowledge of all aspects of relevant banking products including cash management, derivatives, syndicated and bilateral loans, capital call facilities, NAV facilities, debt markets issuances, trade, etc. • Significant experience with credit decision making authority, with experience in complex capital structures and cross border transactions. • Multi-year experience pitching and executing capital markets solutions, including joint calling with investment bankers as well as independently is desired. • Possesses sound judgment and able to create in providing structured solutions to bank clients. • Able to quickly adapt priorities based on the latest industry trends. Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this position is US$203,000 - 230,000 annual This range is determined by the job, location and level of expertise required for this specific role.
