Job Description: Structured / Private Credit Sales Key Responsibilities • Cover and expand relationships with key private credit managers and leading NBFIs. • Originate and lead corporate ABL transactions, with emphasis on large, sponsor‑driven opportunities. • Source and structure private credit financing solutions including: • Total Return Structures (TRS) • Originate senior ABF and back‑leverage transactions on forward‑flow programs with originators and private credit funds. • Drive financing solutions across CRE and U.S. residential credit via warehouse lines and loan‑on‑loan structures. • Partner with internal financing and structuring teams to execute transactions and support U.S. private credit financing and distribution strategy. Required Qualifications • 5-12 years of experience in Private Credit, ABL, Structured Credit Sales, or a related field. • Demonstrated success originating and leading corporate ABL transactions. • Established relationships with major private credit firms such as Ares, Apollo, Blue Owl, Blackstone, and other NBFIs. • Experience structuring TRS and other private credit financing structures strongly preferred. • Deep product knowledge across ABL, ABF, TRS, NAV, warehouse financing, and bespoke structured solutions. • Strong origination capability, with ability to source new transactions and manage them through execution. • Excellent communication, client management, and cross‑functional execution skills.
