Professional instructors guide you through easy-to-follow choreographies that help you burn calories, improve coordination, and build strength. It’s the perfect app for anyone looking to stay fit and active through dancing at home. Responsibilities: Own funnel optimization across traffic sources Analyze CR by stage (Start → Paywall → Checkout → Purchase) Run monetization experiments (upsell, pricing, cancel flows) Align product experience with marketing promises Launch and validate new funnels Work on LTV growth initiatives Collaborate with dev & QA on implementation Work with localized funnels Support email & retargeting flows from the product side Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to generate growth hypotheses Requirements: 1+ years of experience in Product Marketing / Growth / Monetization Strong analytical thinking Understanding of funnel metrics and subscription economy Experience working with paid traffic products Experience running A/B tests Ability to define hypotheses and measure impact Comfortable working with dashboards and CR analysis Would be a plus: Experience with mobile subscription products Experience working with funnel builders Experience with pricing & geo experiments Experience with LTV modeling Experience working in EdTech Personal qualities: Ownership mindset Strategic + operational management skills Structured thinking Comfortable with ambiguity High initiative Growth-oriented Mastery of the following technologies/tools the team uses: Any funnel builder A/B test tool (GrowthBook) Tableau (analytics dashboards) Figma, Airtable, Marketing Spy Tools (Bigspy, SensorTower) Email platforms (retarget flows — reteno) Microsoft Clarity Notion / Jira / Slack AI tools (content & creative iteration) Employee Benefits: Remote-First Culture: Our team is diverse and extensive, just like our product portfolio.
