Junior QA Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Junior QA Engineer who is eager to grow in software testing and contribute to building high-quality products. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a solid theoretical foundation and some hands-on experience who wants to further develop their skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities Execute manual testing of web and mobile applications Create, maintain, and update test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports) Identify, document, and track defects throughout the defect lifecycle Participate in requirements analysis and help clarify acceptance criteria Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing Test APIs and validate responses using appropriate tools Collaborate closely with developers, QA team members, and other stakeholders Contribute to improving QA processes and overall product quality Requirements Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Knowledge of test design techniques and ability to apply them Understanding of client-server architecture Knowledge of testing types (functional, integration, regression, etc.) Understanding of the defect lifecycle Experience with test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports) Basic understanding of API testing principles Understanding of mobile application testing specifics Experience with test management systems (e.g., TestRail or similar) Basic SQL knowledge (including JOINs) Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools Ability to use Chrome DevTools for web testing Basic Bash / CLI skills Experience with API tools (Postman, Swagger) and traffic sniffing tools (Charles Proxy) Nice to Have Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or Ruby) Experience with Android Studio and Xcode (installing builds, collecting logs)
